Not surprising, Jeffrey M. Jacobson has been recognized in the newspapers and media. He was the first attorney to have a non-custodian's driving privileges suspended for not paying child support. In Federal Court, he was successful in creating new law that protects an employee from the employer when they retaliate because the employee has an Order of protection against an employee.

In the area of labor/employment, Jeffrey M. Jacobson has been able to settle on behalf of his clients in the six figures for almost 20 years. This does not guarantee any future outcome, as each case is different.

In law school, he spent his non-class hours honing his teeth working for the State's attorney's office. Before graduating from law school, he already had several trials under his belt.

Just recently, Mr. Jacobson presented to the Judges and attorneys in DuPage Illinois the topic of Eavesdropping and how to handle an Evaluator that passed away.
